• What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, card, and EFT.

• Do you require upfront payment? 

• For custom orders, a full is required before production begins.

📦 Delivery & Collection

• Do you offer delivery? 

• Local delivery is available for bulk or special orders. Standard items can be collected in‑store.

• How long does an order take? Turnaround depends on the project size. Small prints are usually same‑day, while custom designs may take 2–7 working days.

📦 How do you deliver orders across South Africa?

We make use of Courier Guy’s Pudo service, sending your parcel to the nearest locker for convenient collection.

🏠 Can I get delivery directly to my address?

Yes! Orders over R1000 qualify for direct delivery to your address.

💰 What does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of R70 for all deliveries, whether to a Pudo locker or directly to your door (for qualifying orders).

⏱️ How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most parcels arrive within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

🔑 How do I collect from a Pudo locker?

You’ll receive a PIN code via SMS or email once your parcel is ready. Simply enter the code at the locker to collect your package.
